The staff were attentive, especially a lady named Diana, she was like a whirlwind, helping with everything so quickly it was excellent, made our mood instantly better. We enjoyed dining outside, the variety of food was satisfying, and snacking on delicious waffles while soaking in the sun was pure bliss.

It was indeed not inexpensive,, but for the experience and service we received, it was still worth it.

We were super tired after a late arrival and they hooked us up with a late dinner, which was awesome. The staff was always smiling and ready to help with anything. Our room had a nice view, but the bathroom could use some freshening up. Food at the snack bar was a solid pick for a quick bite.

The Standard Double Room with City View was comfortable enough, but it felt more like a 3-star room than a 5-star. Cleanliness was decent, and there was a free minibar stocked with soft drinks, which was a nice touch. the decor seemed a bit outdated and could use some refreshment. they didn’t give us an early check-in even though we arrived at 1am, which was kind of inconvenient. just average vibes for the price.

the hotel has excellent daily cleaning service and very polite staff. room air conditioning was only available from 2pm to midnight.

The staff was amazing,, always there when we needed something, especially that waiter Halil, he really made our dinners special with his friendly chatter. The food was incredible, every meal was like a feast, had fresh fruits, delightful desserts, and even an ice cream stand by the pool during lunch.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality we got, it was still reasonable.
